This package is for couples that want to have their
wedding on a beautiful mountain overlook or similar site in the
Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. For this package, we are going
to assume that the couple has selected their indoor or outdoor site
within the Wintergreen Resort/Nelson County area. Choose your favorite
spot that has good scenery for pictures because professional wedding
photography is included in this package!
Your
wedding ceremony performed at a beautiful mountain overlook or scenic
area in the Wintergreen area of the Blue Ridge Mountains. With the
Simplicity wedding package, there is no lodging or backup rain location
included. It is assumed that the couple is taking care of those matters
themselves. If you are unfamiliar with the vicinity of the Blue Ridge
Mountains, we can make recommendations. Since there is no backup rain
location associated with this package, there is no maximum number
of guests you can invite. We just suggest 12 because we specialize
in small weddings.
Fee
included for our Wedding Officiant or Justice of the Peace who will
file your marriage license with the courts promptly after the wedding.
Note: it is the couple's responsibility to get the marriage license
from any Circuit Courthouse in Virginia BEFORE the wedding.
Professional
wedding photography -Approximately one hour of time with wedding photographer.
Photos include group/family shots, portraits and romantic bride &
groom shots. You will receive a CD with all photos taken within one
week.
$895 midweek (Mon-Thurs)
Please make every effort to arrive for your wedding
ON TIME. Late arrivals result in additional staff time. Therefore,
wedding parties arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged
a fee of $60 per hour or any portion thereof.
Options available with this package:
-Beyond the Borders. This applies to weddings held outside
the immediate area of Wintergreen Resort/Nelson County. $100
- A web page with photos and information about your
wedding for your use as an "online wedding announcement"
The web page will remain online for 3 months so you can send a link
to friends and family as a way of announcing your good news.$195 See
