Fred and Charlie of Northern Virginia were married in the wedding chapel at Virginia Beach. They were delighted that both families were able to join them for this happy occasion. After a morning of light rain, the sun came out so they could enjoy some time on the beach. Mother Nature presented the newlyweds with the gift of a rainbow.
